Complaints and objections
- A complaint means that something has gone wrong in the communication or service provided by the partnership. In this complaints procedure describes how Strong VO deals with complaints. A complaint can be made by a complaint form to be completed and sent to klachtencommissie@sterkvo.nl.
- An admission statement is a decision within the meaning of the General Administrative Law Act. The possibility of objection and appeal against this decision is open. An objection against a decision of Sterk VO on the admissibility to vso can be submitted via bezwaarcommissie@sterkvo.nl. Strong VO then asks the National Objection Advisory Committee Admission Statement(LBT) for advice.
